Chandra Shekhar has obtained his master degree in Commerce from University of Delhi. He is also associated with the Research Team of World Trade Oraginazation (WTO). He delivered lecturer in Conference and seminar conducted by WTO. He has got more then 25 research papers published in journals of India as well as abroad and completed more then four research projects. His research development programmes for executives in business and government Institutions are widely acclaimed.
