Naveen Mishra is a Lawyer by profession. He has completed his BA (Hons) , LLB and LLM from Hari Das Institute of Legal Studies and Research , Mathura, Utter Pradesh, India, His area of interest are International Law, Advanced Public International Law, Counter- Terrorism Law and Policy etc, He specialize in public international law, particularly anti- terrorism law, humanitarian law, international criminal; law and human rights law. He has published widely many journals and books based on international law related to terrorism and Human Rights. He has also participated in various national and international seminars and has been active in public debates about terrorism, sedition, torture, refugees and human rights.
