Md. Elyas is a reader in the Department of Political Science at Agra University. He has obtained his M.A in Political Science and was awarded the Gold Medal for standing first position in University. He received his PhD in International Politics from Aligarh Muslim University. He has to his credit brilliant and rich teaching experience. Besides, he is an ardent researcher and has tremendous organizing capacity. He has participated and presented his papers in many seminars and conferences in India and abroad on Terrorism, Biological Weapons and on International Politics. He has travelled widely in Europe, Canada, Middle East, Pakistan, U.S .A and African Countries.
