Mona Abid has obtained her bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from jamia Millia Islamia and Master of business Administration from the same University, Delhi. She run her own technical and management institute affiliated with Indira Gandhi National Open and approved by ministry of HRD. She delivers lectures in conferences and seminars conducts by the technical and management colleges. She has written two books , has gone more then 25 papers published in journals of India and abroad and completed more then four research projects. Her research development programmes foe executives in Business and government institutions are widely acclaimed.
