Dr. Shweta is BA, MA in Sociology and subsequently PhD in same discipline from Patna University and qualified for UGC-NET Examination conducted by the University Grants Commission. She is presently Counselor in Indira Gandhi Open University, Study Centre in Nalanda Open University and was associated with Magadh Mahila College, Patna University in teaching capacity. She had attended several seminars and symposiums and papers published in Ideal Research Review 1999, 2006 and Hindustan Research Review 2009.
