Stellina Jolly is teaching at University Institute of legal studies, Punjab University, Chandigarh. Before joining Punjab University, she has taught at various prestigious Law Institute including National Law University Jodhpur, Symbiosis Law College Pune and Army Institute of Law, Mohali. For the past Eight years she has concerned herself with various deep issue of law including Environmental law, International law and bioethics. This deep interest has enabled her to work at various levels with different organization and institutes. She has to her credit fifty publications at national and international level. She has been associated with various organization and institutions in a number of projects including Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. She holds and LLM from faculty of law, Delhi University and completed her PhD in the area of law and Bioethics concerning Human Genome project
