S K Bhagat, MA, MPhil, PhD (Columbia) is Professor of Sociology associated with training programmes of Social Works. He participated in training workshops, representing meetings at State and national Level, research, teaching and documentation and his research interests/ specialization is family and child welfare, case work, youth welfare, political and legal sociology, social history, development theory and practice and is the author of many books. He has vast teaching experiences and the subjects courses he taught is family, child and youth welfare.
